How To Be A Christian
Being a Christian is not because you go to church, but going to church is what you should do
Being a Christian is when you receive Jesus as your Lord by letting Him come to live inside you
If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised
Him from the dead
You will be saved and the Holy Spirit will come to live in you, and show you how to be Spirit
led
You may say, “I do believe in Jesus according to the Word; therefore, I must be saved.”
But believing in Him is not enough because only receiving Jesus is when you will be raised
Salvation is so simple when you go to God according to His Word
It is so easy to be saved when you take heed to the true Gospel that you have heard
God loves you so much and this is why Jesus had to come
To die on the cross as the supreme sacrifice as God’s only begotten son
You can feed the hungry, the needy, and even give to the poor
You can be a big giver to mankind, the church, and even do so much more
You can believe that Jesus came to die on the cross
But, even though you do many great things for others you are still lost
The bible says that you must be born again
Because Jesus is the only way for you to be free from sin
All you have to do is to say Jesus! “I’m a sinner, I ask you to come into my heart”
And He will quickly respond, and the Holy Spirit will come in and He will never depart
Then you will have a change that will happen on the inside
The Holy Spirit will come to live in you and stay to abide
The choice is now up to you
What are you going to do?
Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life” and yes, you must believe
The only way you can go to heaven is through Jesus, you must receive
So, receive Jesus right now and then in your heart there will be a change
Great peace will come to you and your life will be rearranged
You can be saved anywhere for it doesn’t matter where you are when you pray
God is everywhere, and yes, you can be saved, even this very day
