How Strong is Your Want To?
How serious are you in serving the Lord? How strong is your want to?
Are you serving him because you love him or what he can do for you?
Do you still have a strong desire and a yearning to know him more?
Are you spending time in his word as you have done in the past before?
Do you still have a desire to attend a church gathering and be faithful?
David said; I was glad when they said unto me let us go into the house of the Lord because he was grateful
Don't ever lose your want to because you can easily get off course
By going back into the life of sin and disconnecting from the God of your life source
These are the questions that you need to ask yourself in your heart.
So you can judge yourself according to God's word so you too will not depart
Many of God's people have went astray to follow their own desires
They have grown cold toward God and have lost their fire
The enemy threw them a curve in life to get them to turn around
And they listened to him and disobeyed the word and
have gotten off of solid ground
So God wants to restore you back to the place where you once were before
But he is still waiting for you to return back to him so he can again become your Lord
How strong is your want to for you to return back to your first love again?
He is still waiting for you to come back home to him from the life of sin
The Word of God says to be aglow and burning with the Spirit serving the Lord
And you need to follow his instructions so that you will be able to serve and move forward
But in order to be aglow and burning with the Spirit; you must have a want to
Then you will be established again and God will continue to bring you through
So don't draw back and slow down because this is the reason why
Because what you feed will grow and what you starve will die
So turn around and stay the course and do what you know to do
Stir yourself up and get back into the race because you can still win again
if you really want to
