Do You Really Want to Know Me
If you have a desire to know me then this is what you need to do
Draw nigh unto me and I will reveal myself to you
Many people know about me, but they really don’t know me
They are totally led by their flesh and live in spiritual captivity
If you lose your hunger and thirst after me, then stir up yourself
I want to be first place in your life and not be put on a shelf
My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge and a lack of my fellowship
They live life in the natural as though they don’t have my relationship
I have walked in the cool of the day with Adam and our fellowship grew
My desire is for you and me to walk together because I love you too
Will you spend some time with me so my presence can make you strong
Even though you have My Word, you still need my fellowship to carry you along
As a dear longs after water brooks, I want you to long after me
The reason why you have been dry is because you have not been thirsty
Return back to me and let me be your first love again
My presence will sustain you and keep you free from sin
I do not only want to be your savior, I want to be your Lord
Return back to me in fellowship and my presence will move you forward
If you turn around today and have a hunger and thirst for me
I will respond quickly and will bless you abundantly
The world has nothing to offer you that can satisfy and give you peace
So return back to me because I have blessings waiting on you to release
