A Psalm of Prayer
I will pray with the Spirit and I will pray with the understanding also
I pray that you will move in a supernatural way to make everything complete and whole
I will sing with the Spirit and give you praise because my trust is in you
Lord! bring that which is in the dark to the light, so we will know what is true
Bring healing to our leaders and to our nation, and forgive us of our sin
Revive us and bring a refreshing of the Holy Spirit to the church again
Lord! open our eyes to the truth so that everyone will know and see
That many of your children are being divided because of what they hear and believe
Without your help Lord, we are lost, confused, helpless, fearful and miserable
I pray that you will expose all the lies of the enemy and bring them to the forefront to be visible
Lord give us strength to stand in love and faith so that we can prevail and that no weapon formed against your people will prosper from the gates of hell
Lord, many of your children are in strife with one another and they have no peace
I pray that you will reveal your glory to all of us, as your mercy and love is released
In your presence Lord I will praise you with a heart of Thanksgiving and praise
For you have heard my prayer and supplication and my confidence in you has been raised
So I will pray with Spirit and I will pray with the understanding also
I know that everything is going to be alright because your Word told me so
