The Leech of Sin

A leech is something that seeks to suck the spiritual life out of you

Its goal is to rob you of the ability to do what you know to do

It will drain you little by little, and cause you to experience restlessness

One of the biggest spiritual symptoms of a leech is a continual lack of faithfulness

Many will wake up and say, I will be faithful, as I was in the past

It will not be easy because un-faithfulness became a habit by putting God last

A leech is a spiritual parasite that will feed on you, as you feed its desire

The main way to remove a spiritual leech from your life is a Holy Ghost fire

Leeches suck the blood from their target; spiritual leeches will produce bad habits

They will suck faithfulness out of your life, by attaching itself and cohabit

Spiritual leeches are dark, and they will suck out optimism, hope and confidence

They will rob you of your ability and leave you with a lack of incompetence

Give the devil no place, so that leeches will have no place in your mind to dwell

Drive out the leech of unfaithfulness, so that your life will be free to excel

When a Child of God continues to make excuses, a leech has found its place

They begin sucking the joy, faith, love, and peace from you to hinder your race

It’s time to shake yourself off in the Name of Jesus and get them out,

By replacing the bad habit of unfaithfulness and get back your shout

A leech can be anything that will take you away from what is right

It will rob you of your desire to continue following God and walk in light

What you spend time with, will grow and become a part of your life

You can easily break away from sin, if you are willing to pay the price

Whom God has set free is free indeed, so it time to do your part

God wants to be first place again in the center of your life and heart
