THE SPIRIT OF OFFENCE

There is a spiritual cancer that is spreading throughout the unseen

It is a spirit of offense that is attaching itself to those who are the redeemed

Members of the Body of Christ are being affected by this evil disease

They think they are walking in the light, but are in darkness because they are deceived

There is a division between leaders and members who were once together in unity 

Those who have entered into the realm of offense are walking in the sin of disunity

There are many members who have left their place of worship throughout the land

They are not following after God because they are confused and do not understand

They have been blinded by half-truths and because of what they heard they are misled.

They left the sheepfold where God had placed them and refuse to remain to be fed

They were led by their own flesh, not by the Holy Spirit’s wisdom to be enriched

They were blinded by half-truths and all who are involved will together fall into a ditch

Love worketh no ill to others; then they go out to justify themselves by sowing discord

Those who are established in God's Word will remain and continue to follow the Lord

Do not fellowship with those who are being critical because of disagreements

They will surely reap what they sow and will not prosper in their achievements

When you become offended with others and never let it drop and go

It will be like a cancer that will come into your body to hinder the blood flow

It can upset the normal chemical balance in your body and increase complications

But when you walk in love and forgiveness, it can bring about a healthy restoration
