HOW TO AVOID THE TEMPTATION OF SIN

If you have been yielding over and over again to the same temptation of sin

It has left you so discouraged because you keep yielding to it again and again

You cried out to God and He heard you, and responded to your frustration

His answer for you is to watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation

Jesus said that the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak

You cannot overcome temptation through human strength or any earthly technique

When you wait upon the Lord He will renew your strength and make you strong

You will overcome every temptation that you face and it won’t take long

Stop entertaining the temptations in your thought life, and then expect to overcome

Because you are acting just like other sinners, as though you are one

If you have been set free from addictions, then don’t entertain them in your mind

Because you will be back in bondage again and your walk with God will decline

God doesn’t want you to fall into temptation through foolish and hurtful lusts

You can come out and be free again when you pray to God and in Him you put your trust

Many who are not rooted in prayer and in the Word will in temptation fall away

It is time to change your way of thinking and flee temptation by doing it today

If you confessed your sins before God, then you are forgiven of all your sins

You now stand before God with no condemnation and with a new life to begin

There is no temptation taken you but such as is common to man, but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able

He will be the strength of your life through the Word and in prayer that will help you to overcome temptations when you become grounded and stable

God is not counting up all your sins and has cast them into the sea of forgetfulness

So, rejoice and be glad because God is good and holds you blameless because of His forgiving power to have you stand cleansed in His righteousness
