The Race

Get back into the race and return to your running lane

You are not finished yet, so continue the race in order to gain

Run the race with endurance that God has set before you

Go back to the starting line and pick up the pace that you are called to

There are many opticals that can stand in your way, but don't you slow down or turn aside

You have what it takes to win because you have the strength of the Holy Ghost inside

Many have quit running the race because of offence or fear

They became weary in well doing and could no longer persevere

How long will you halt between two opinions? If you belong to God, then run

You will never win by sitting on the sidelines, so get back up for you are not done

Many of your brothers and sisters are still running and are staying on course

They are running as an army of God with a mighty moving force

Who are these who are diligent and committed to run the race?

They are Holy Ghost Spirit filled believers running in the power of His grace

They are the fire breathing, devil stomping and anointed ones of God in pursuit

Running with God’s Word, Power and Authority and seeking others to recruit

So lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset you

And join back in with a second wind and run the race, because you can run too

Don't you realize that in a race everyone runs, so run to win!

Don’t slow down or turn aside, and if you fall, get back up and run again

Run as you did before, but don’t let fear or offence get in your way

And you will be able to enjoy the victory through faith each and every day
